Whether its billboards, shade sails, agricultural fabrics, or consumer products, our clients can rely on us to support their sustainability targets and help them future-proof their business models.
Innovation is in our DNA
Innovation has never been more important, as our clients look to us for help with reducing their environmental footprint, and meeting their ESG needs.
We have partnered with world-leading research organisations and government agencies (including Deakin University and Sustainability Victoria in Australia), and are focused on a project to fully close the loop in our manufacturing and waste collection process.
Working closely with our industry partners ensures that our finished products perform to the highest standards, with no compromise on quality.
We follow a simple recycling process. Offcuts from fabrication and end-of-life product is collected and transported to a recycling facility, shredded and washed, and pelletised in order to create a newend product... we recycle 100% of the polyolefin waste produced during our manufacturing process.
Our knitted and coated fabrics are made from a monopolymer material and do not require complex separation during recycling.
Further building on our focus on recycling our own waste and end of life products, our fabrics are manufactured from non-PVC fabrics which are free from PFAS, lead and phthalates, and safe for use in all environments.
The manufacturing process for polyolefin fabrics doesn't use toxic plasticisers which can leach out of fabrics over time. By not producing harmful by-products, it is cleaner, safer and more sustainable than PVC to manufacture.
This makes GALE Pacific fabrics ideal for projects where sustainability is key.
